Everyone was very knowledgeable and courteous. Building is clean and well organized. A few of the staff look like they need a shower, shampoo and clean clothes. I know that's a lot to ask these days as I've noticed shabby appearances of staff at other offices as well. Didn't realize I was spending so much until checkout then walked out shocked and stunned. Took awhile to recover.
